Production and Shipping Times 

Journals, pencil cases, and pencils/ pens will arrive in separate packages, as they are produced in different facilities. Journals ship via UPS, and pencil cases and pencils/ pens ship via USPS.  For all items, shipping is typically within 6-10 days. This may vary depending on factors such as time of year, product availability and order size.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of the original order (24 hours for bulk and wholesale). Cancellations cannot be processed after this time frame.

Returns and Replacements

Because these items are made-to-order, returns are not offered. In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact hawk+key within 5 days of receipt.
In the case of a package that shows as delivered, confirmed by the tracking number, the customer is advised to open a claim with the postal system. We do not remake or refund orders that show as delivered. We will work with you on a case by case basis to resolve your specific situation. hawk+key is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered because the customer entered an incorrect address.
